In 2019, Phong bought this 10 acres of raw land in Lancaster, CA at Avenue J and 250th Street. It is roughly 45 miles from Red Rock Canyon State Park and the Grass Valley Wilderness area. Less than 30 miles from California City and Boron, this property is near everything yet far enough as to not bother or infringe on other people. It is about 15 minutes from  downtown Lancaster (population of 159,000) so it is close to restaurants, movie theaters and big chain stores for supplies.  It is also roughly 125 miles from Los Angeles. 

Our Beta Test group has already worked a large portion of this land. We will continue to cover the majority of this land with free premium topsoil from the Lopez Canyon Environment and Nature Center and our own homemade compost because we want to provide a nutrient rich  growing medium for our fruit trees. These composts have been and will continue to be free and made on site with the help of the local businesses.  Yet another way to waste less, use and reuse more, and upcycle everything we can to nourish our soils so that we produce the best quality fruits and vegetables for our residents and our animals.
